Sabrina Mowlah-Baksh

Sabrina Mowlah-Baksh holds a MSc in Gender and Development Studies and has worked with women and communities for over 30 years. Her experience in mediation spans a broad spectrum and she has mediated at the community level, in local government and national spaces. Sabrina has significant experience in working with multi-ethnic communities having worked on issues of gun violence, women's peace security and gender based violence. She served as an elected Local Government Representative and Deputy Mayor of the City of San Fernando with expertise in parliamentary procedures. As a champion for women's rights and equality, she is part of a national, regional and international network of human resource available for guiding processes of mediation, dialogue and providing gender expertise and analysis.
